Richard Glassbrook is an officer of Oak Chapel UMC. He is semi-retired after working in high-performance computing for over 45 years, working primarily with Government sites throughout the US. He currently consults part-time with a national lab. He has a Master of Science in Atmospheric Science and a Master of Divinity. In addition, he has completed management coursework and held a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
