Ms. Bisi Adebesin (Bisi, as she prefers to be called) is currently a Master of Divinity student at Wesley Theological Seminary, in Washington DC; and is the current Ministry Intern at Oak Chapel United Methodist Church.
Bisi has been a member of the Methodist Church (England) and has been a member of the United Methodist Church since 2005. She has served in many Lay Leadership positions including Lay Servant to Annual Conference, she is a Certified Lay Speaker, and has been a member of the SPRC, Education, and Worship Committees. In the past, Bisi has taught Adult and Youth Sunday School classes and led Bible Study classes. Dedicated to serving the community, Bisi has diligently volunteered with the Oak Chapel Food Hub Ministry.
Bisi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems before emigrating to the United States of America from England. Bisi is married to Tai Adebesin a licensed Maryland Pharmacist and they are the proud parents of four adult children, one daughter in love, one granddaughter, and many loving family members.
